Meet The Team

Brooke
• Is currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and completing Yin Yoga Teacher Training, with a strong interest in helping people thrive and reach their goals.
• Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has 8 years of experience in inclusion support across daycare and before and after school care settings.
• Uses a play-based and creative approach to understand what motivates each client and develop supportive strategies that build confidence, independence, and engagement.
• Has experience in recreational gymnastics coaching and as a yoga teacher, supporting wellbeing and breaking down movements into safe, achievable steps.
• Has a strong interest and lived experience in neurodiversity, and has used this knowledge to support children, advocate for awareness, and contribute to inclusive community and university projects.
• Also has experience creating accessible activities through Gymnastics Australia’s Gymability program, with a passion for building inclusive and welcoming spaces for all.
• Enjoys art, nature, hiking, martial arts, the gym, camping, cultural events, food, museums, and volunteering in community projects and local events.

Fiona
• Has many years of experience in disability and aged-care support, providing compassionate, individualised assistance and helping people live with greater confidence and independence.

• Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood and Lower Primary Education, with a specialisation in special needs, bringing a strong understanding of inclusive support and development.
​
• Spent six years teaching in Japan across both a Montessori school and an American International School, gaining valuable experience working with diverse individuals and adapting to different needs and environments.
​
• Has completed a Certificate III in Aged Care and Disability Support, with the knowledge and practical skills to support participants across a range of ages and support needs.
​
• Enjoys travelling, hiking, sailing, fishing, racket sports, and a wide range of outdoor activities, and also loves unwinding with puzzles and other relaxing challenges.

Keearna
• Has five years of experience supporting students with disabilities, providing individualised care and promoting inclusive learning environments.

• She is a swim instructor, supporting individuals of all ages to build confidence.
​
• Trained in PEG feeding, catheterisation, and hoisting, with the skills and knowledge to support participants with complex care needs.
​
• Passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to achieve their goals.

• Enjoys spending time at the beach, going to the gym, walking, and catching up with friends over coffee.

Meera Ravitha
• She has experience in aged care, in assisting clients with daily routines, personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility, with manual handling experience and a strong commitment to person-centred support.

• Currently studying a Bachelor of Primary Education.

• Provides support with empathy, positive energy, and dedication, with over four years of experience as a support worker, focusing on person-centred care.

• Experienced in supporting individuals with disabilities in all ages.

• Also works as a swimming instructor, helping individuals of all ages develop skills, confidence, and water safety.

• Loves being outdoors, enjoying water sports, leading groups, and working as part of a team.

Ryan
• Currently studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, with a strong interest in health-oriented physical activity, rehabilitation, and nutrition.
• Experienced in disability support and community engagement, assisting with daily living activities, community access, recreational participation, and supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Strong communicator with cross-cultural awareness
• Enjoys an active, outdoors-focused lifestyle, including gym training, hiking, camping, and sports such as soccer, pickleball, and table tennis, promoting movement, resilience, and wellbeing.

Anna K.
• Currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.
​
• Kind-hearted, compassionate and caring support worker who is passionate about providing high-quality care to clients.

• Experience supporting individuals with a variety of disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Rhett Syndrome, ASD and Dementia.
​
• Trained in PEG feeding.
​
• Loves the outdoors, exploring new and old places, going to Pilates and anything where she’s around her family and friends.
​
• She’s an in-home support pro who is ready to jump in and assist with domestic household duties such as cooking and cleaning.

Rachelle
• When she’s not working you will find her under a tree with her favourite book or planning her next trip.
• Has a year of professional experience in disability support but has a lifetime of experience with her older brother who has cerebral palsy. Growing up with her brother has taught her to see people beyond their disability.
• Is passionate about forming a meaningful connections and encouraging participants to reach their full potential.

• Many years experience providing care for children with severe neurone degenerative / palliative care (stage 1-5)

• A dedicated professional who discovered her love for helping others while working as a support worker. Committed to empowering individuals, promoting independence, and ensuring families feel valued and supported.

• Now a licensed RN, she brings a wealth of knowledge, practical skills, and genuine care to her practice. Her experience as a support worker has shaped her compassionate and client-centered approach.

• Believes in building meaningful connections with families, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and respected every step of the way.

• Dedicated to continual learning to better support her clients. She combines her professional expertise with a passion for creating positive, lasting change in people’s lives.

• In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with movies, crafting (like cross-stitch and miniature house building), reading novels, and spending quality time with loved ones.​​​​

Wanda
• Has a wealth of experience in childcare and aged care.

• Holds a diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, a Cert III in Aged Care and has previously worked as an Enrolled Nurse.

• Is kind, compassionate and hardworking.
• Enjoys spending time outdoors – when she’s not at work you’ll find her at the beach, fishing or camping.

• Wanda also loves spending time socialising with her family and friends.

LARA
• Has been a member with Girl Guides Queensland for 19 years.
​
• Has assisted in co-ordinating the local Edmund Rice camps (kids with disadvantaged childhoods) for the past 15 years. ​
​
• Focus on building trust, fostering independence, and making each day a little brighter for the people she supports.
• Experience across a range of needs, including physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, rare genetic conditions and mental health challenges.
• Outside of work, she is a mum to a little girl, and loves to go 4WDing and camping as a family.
