Meet The Team

LARA

• Has been a member with Girl Guides Queensland for 19 years.

• Has assisted in co-ordinating the local Edmund Rice camps (kids with disadvantaged childhoods) for the past 15 years.

• Has had the pleasure of working with a large variety of additional needs and requirements.

• Loves to go 4WD, spend time with family & play water-polo.

Anna

• Currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.

• Kind-hearted, compassionate and caring support worker who is passionate about providing high-quality care to clients.

• Experience supporting individuals with a variety of disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Rhett Syndrome, ASD and Dementia.

• Trained in PEG feeding.

• Loves the outdoors, exploring new and old places, going to Pilates and anything where she’s around her family and friends.

• She’s an in-home support pro who is ready to jump in and assist with domestic household duties such as cooking and cleaning.

Rachelle

When she’s not working you will find her under a tree with her favourite book or planning her next trip.
Has a year of professional experience in disability support but has a lifetime of experience with her older brother who has cerebral palsy. Growing up with her brother has taught her to see people beyond their disability.
Is passionate about forming a meaningful connections and encouraging participants to reach their full potential.

TRINITY

• Is currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing.

• Is very skilled in getting to know clients and tailoring care to fit each individual.

• Spent 7 years dedicated to sport where she would often coach children and adults alike.

• Is always able to find creative solutions, whilst demonstrating patience, and kindness.

• Has often worked with children with learning disabilities, autism, and ADHD.

• Is a lover of art, creativity and animals.

• Strives to bring warmth to all households.

Sveta

• Many years experience providing care for children with severe neurone degenerative / palliative care (stage 1-5)
• Loving mother of two boys.
• Gentle caring nature.
• Flexible in provision of care
• Enjoys music, sharing cultural experiences and learning
• Loves to focus on achieving goals and helping families achieve balance and happiness.

GRAIZIELLE

• Is a compassionate support worker with six months of experience working with individuals with disabilities.

• Is currently a first year student, studying Bachelor of Nursing.

• Is dedicated to assist and support individuals and groups with disabilities who live in their community or in an assisted care facility.

• Loves reading for the knowledge and the insight it provides.

Wanda

Has a wealth of experience in childcare and aged care.
Holds a diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, a Cert III in Aged Care and has previously worked as an Enrolled Nurse.
Is kind, compassionate and hardworking.
Enjoys spending time outdoors – when she’s not at work you’ll find her at the beach, fishing or camping.
Wanda also loves spending time socialising with her family and friends.
