Tahlia

Tahlia is an Occupational Therapy student with a strong interest in disability support and allied health.

She has 17 years of experience in dance and cheerleading, including coaching children and adults, developing strong communication, patience and interpersonal skills.

She is passionate about working with people, building positive relationships and encouraging participation and independence.

She is approachable, enthusiastic and compassionate, with a genuine willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.

She enjoys creating positive experiences for clients and supporting them to participate in activities they enjoy. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her dogs and enjoys wildlife and animals.

Losalini

Reliable, caring and compassionate support worker with experience providing aged care support to family members.

Emma

Emma has more than six years of experience supporting children with diverse needs across education, early childhood care and health settings, with a focus on emotional, behavioural and academic support.

She has experience as an Allied Health Assistant, supporting children in developing independence, social interaction and daily living skills

She is known for building quick and genuine connections with children and families, bringing a calm, adaptable and trustworthy presence to every role.

She has proven skills in emotional regulation, positive reinforcement and individualised care routines.

She is currently commencing a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).

Outside of work, Emma loves walking her dogs, heading to the beach, keeping active at the gym, joining run club and baking sourdough.

Is a caring and dedicated support worker who loves helping people of all ages live with dignity, independence, and confidence.

Is currently completing a Certificate III in Individual Support, with a focus on person-centred care, wellbeing, dementia, and community support.

Brooke

Is currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and completing Yin Yoga Teacher Training, with a strong interest in helping people thrive and reach their goals.

Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has 8 years of experience in inclusion support across daycare and before and after school care settings.

Uses a play-based and creative approach to understand what motivates each client and develop supportive strategies that build confidence, independence, and engagement.

Has experience in recreational gymnastics coaching and as a yoga teacher, supporting wellbeing and breaking down movements into safe, achievable steps.

Has a strong interest and lived experience in neurodiversity, and has used this knowledge to support children, advocate for awareness, and contribute to inclusive community and university projects.

Spent six years teaching in Japan across both a Montessori school and an American International School, gaining valuable experience working with diverse individuals and adapting to different needs and environments.

Has completed a Certificate III in Aged Care and Disability Support, with the knowledge and practical skills to support participants across a range of ages and support needs.

Enjoys travelling, hiking, sailing, fishing, racket sports, and a wide range of outdoor activities, and also loves unwinding with puzzles and other relaxing challenges.

Keearna
